Gold price shoots up by Rs 2,400 per tola

KATHMANDU, May 30: The price of gold has increased by Rs 2,400 per tola in the domestic market on Tuesday.

KATHMANDU, May 30: The price of gold has increased by Rs 2,400 per tola in the domestic market on Tuesday.



Fine gold is being traded at Rs 110,500 per tola today. Fine gold was sold at Rs 108,100 per tola on Monday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations.

Similarly, the price of standard gold has increased by Rs 2,350 per tola today to become Rs 109,950 per tola on Tuesday. It was traded at Rs 107,600 per tola yesterday.


Meanwhile, the price of silver has also gone up by Rs 15 per tola. Silver, which was sold at Rs 1,360 per tola yesterday, is being traded at Rs 1,375 per tola today.
