KATHMANDU, Dec 16: The gold price has risen by Rs 800 per tola (11.66 grams) in the local market on Wednesday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold Silver Dealers’ Association, hallmarked gold is being traded at Rs 93,100 per tola. The price stood at Rs 92,300 on Tuesday.

For the past few days, the price of gold had remained almost constant, which rose by Rs 800 per tola on Wednesday, according to the Association.
Similarly, Tajabi gold is being traded at Rs 92,650 per tola today which was traded at Rs 91,850 per tola on Tuesday.
Silver is being traded at Rs 1,230 per tola in the local market.
