Government official dies of COVID-19 in Rasuwa

RASUWA, Dec 1: A government official working with the Pasture and Fodder Research Station in Dhunche has died of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19). He was 42.

RASUWA, Dec 1: A government official working with the Pasture and Fodder Research Station in Dhunche has died of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19). He was 42.



The official, who was initially admitted to District Hospital, Rasuwa, was taken to Kathmandu Model College on Thursday. He breathed his last in the course of treatment on Monday evening. Earlier, he tested positive for COVID-19.

As of today, Rasuwa has witnessed 121 cases of the coronavirus including six active cases. Likewise, 121 persons who earlier had tested positive for COVID-19 have been discharged after recovery.
