KATHMANDU, Sept 29: The government is to scrap the order for the formation of Nepal Revenue Advisory Development Committee-2076. 



Informing about the decisions of the cabinet meeting held on Tuesday, Minister for Communication and Information Technology Gyanendra Bahadur Karki said a decision had been taken to remove Chairperson and Executive Director of Kechana Kanchenjunga Tourism Development Board from the posts.

The government also decided to appoint the Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Janga Bahadur Dangi to the post of member (law) of Debt Recovery Tribunal. The post had remained vacant.  


"The meeting decided to allow the use of the national forest area for the construction of Karuwa Seti Hydropower Project (32 MW) in Kaski district and national forest area for the construction of Madhya Super Daraudi Khola Hydropower Project (10 MW) in Gorkha," said Karki.
