KATHMANDU, May 5: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that his government was advancing firmly for the strengthening of the republic and implementation of the Constitution, according top priority to social justice, good-governance and prosperity.
In a message issued on the occasion of the Ubhauli festival of the Kirant community today, the PM said that progressive implementation of the rights ensured in the Constitution is the key responsibility of the time and expressed his confidence that the entire community's support will be there in the government's efforts to establish the people's rights.

Saying that the Ubhauli festival which came into existence with the entry of civilisation in the agricultural era, the PM said that this festival is more inspiring for agricultural countries like Nepal.
The PM added that Ubhauli is being institutionalized as a common festival of all Nepalis and not only of the Kirat community.
Likewise, the PM wished for the happiness, peace, long life and prosperity of all Nepalis along with the Kirat community at home and abroad.
