Govt to withdraw four bills

KATHMANDU, Oct 8: A Cabinet meeting on Tuesday decided to withdraw four bills from the federal parliament. The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers sent a letter to the Parliament Secretariat on Wednesday, regarding their decision to withdraw the four bills.

KATHMANDU, Oct 8: A Cabinet meeting on Tuesday decided to withdraw four bills from the federal parliament. The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers sent a letter to the Parliament Secretariat on Wednesday, regarding their decision to withdraw the four bills. 



The Railway Bill 2078, The Bill of 2078 that allows to make amendments to some Acts against sexual violence, The Bill of 2078 that allows to make amendments to some laws of criminal offense and criminal procedure, and the Federal Civil Service Bill 2075 are the bills that will be withdrawn regarding the government's decision.

According to the Parliament Secretariat, the bills that have been passed by parliament will be withdrawn through the parliamentary process while the bills that are not passed by parliament can be withdrawn directly.
