KATHMANDU, August 30: Federal Council Chairman of Janata Samajwadi Party, Dr Baburam Bhattarai has said that the game for power continues in Nepal even as former Prime Minister K P Oli was overthrown.

KATHMANDU, August 30: Federal Council Chairman of Janata Samajwadi Party, Dr Baburam Bhattarai has said that the game for power continues in Nepal even as former Prime Minister K P Oli was overthrown. 



In his tweet, he said that the game for the chair to gain power is still persistent in the country. “Although the political system has changed, the leaders in power have not yet changed their mindset,” Bhattarai said.

Gyanendra was dethroned, Oli was overthrown but the games for power continues, he said “The number of youth leaving the country for work in India and the Gulf countries continues, corruption continues, dominance from our neighbours continues, disappearance of Jay Singh Dhami continues, Chaupadi continues, untouchability continues, the search for identity among Madhesi, Tharu and other tribes continues. Kitchens of laborers are empty. The search for alternative power continues,” Bhattarai tweeted
