The Association also put forth various demands as to maintain quality in health, rule of law in health sector and end of financial irregularities.

Association Vice-President Prakash Pariyar said, "We are compelled to launch pressure-oriented programme after the bodies concerned did not pay attention to resolve the problems in view of the memorandum it submitted earlier. The new structure of civil servants is discriminatory."
