KATHMANDU, July 10: According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology (DHM), there is a possibility of heavy rain with thunder and lightning at one or two places in Koshi, Madhesh, Gandaki and Lumbini provinces today.
According to DHM, road and air transport, health, agriculture, tourism and other sectors will be affected due to heavy rain.

Similarly, there is a possibility of rain in different parts of the country today. This morning, there is a partial to normal rain across the country. Light to moderate rain is falling in a few places in all provinces. According to DHM, there will be normal to complete showers in the country tonight as well.
DHM has also requested to take necessary precautions to avoid any risk or damage that may occur due to storm, heavy rain, thunder and lightning, flood and landslide.
