KATHMANDU, Feb 16: The meeting of the House of Representatives that was earlier scheduled for this afternoon has been deferred for February 18. The meeting has been scheduled for Friday at 1 PM.
Lawmakers of the main opposition party, CPN-UML started obstructing the session as soon as the meeting started today.
