Mayor Shah wrote on social media, “People can now register for house design approval online when building houses and structures. Similarly, the whole process including notice to the immediate neighbor, payment of revenue, setting date of field visit and permission up to the plinth level can be taken online without going to the metropolitan city and its subordinate offices.”

Mayor Shah has claimed that the process which previously took 2-3 months will be reduced to 25 days at most. He said that many features of the software have been improved along with upgrading the server. "With this system, involvement of middleman and financial irregularities will end and a transparent and smooth process will be conducted," he said.
