Talking to journalists briefly here Tuesday, he said recent Nepali Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Bimalendra Nidhi's India visit was successful.

Development of Nepal carries a significant meaning for India, he said, adding that a high-level delegation and the Indian Prime Minster would visit Nepal once Nepal's Prime Minister's India visit takes place.

"India takes Nepal's tourism sector significantly," the Indian Ambassador said.

Stating that India never had its role in government change in Nepal, he insisted on promoting religious tourism for the development of Nepal.
