Islington College awards 157 students with AAA scholarships

KATHMANDU, April 6: Islington College Kathmandu celebrated the AAA Scholarship Award Ceremony 2024, honoring 157 outstanding students who excelled in academics, discipline, and active participation throughout the year.



The AAA Scholarship, standing for Academics, Attendance and Attitude, awarded these students with a remarkable incentive of 100% tuition fee waivers for the calendar year, totaling approximately Rs 45 million.

According to a statement issued by the college, the selection process, overseen by faculty members, identified these 157 students as deserving recipients of the AAA Scholarship 2024. The ceremony, held to honor these students, featured proud family members and the Islington College community, with personal congratulations from Sulav Budhathoki, the Founder/Chairman of ING.


Budhathoki expressed pride in the recipients' determination and hard work, encouraging more students to aim for such distinctions in the future. The AAA Scholarship Programme has emerged as a valuable opportunity for students to demonstrate dedication and consistency, laying the foundation for successful careers ahead.
