KATHMANDU, Oct 28: The Janata Samajwadi Party has called the meeting of its central executive committee for October 30. The meeting will take place at 2:30 pm at the party's central office in Balkumari in Lalitpur, said Purna Basnet, head of the party's Publicity and Publication Department.
The meeting is scheduled to discuss the candidate selection for a member of the Madhesh Province Assembly which has remained vacant following the death of Bindu Kumari Yadav, party's member of the Madhesh Province Assembly two months ago, he said.
JSP calls CEC meeting on Feb 22
The party's organizational expansion and strengthening campaign will also be reviewed in the meeting, he said. The JSP has launched a three-month campaign related to party expansion and strengthening for the past two months.
