JSP central member and Madhesh Province Assembly member Bindu Kumari Yadav passes away

JANAKPUR, Sept 12: Bindu Kumari Yadav, a central member of the Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) and a member of the Madhesh Province Assembly, passed away at the age of 44. Her demise occurred at 8:30 this morning.

Yadav had been battling cervical cancer for the past two years, and she had been under intensive medical care in the ICU at Janakpur Provincial Hospital for the past ten days. The news of her passing was confirmed by Dr Ram Naresh Pandit, the director of Janakpur Regional Hospital and a specialist in Gynecology and Obstetrics.


Bindu Kumari Yadav served as a proportional MP and played an active role in the second Madhesh movement, advocating for the rights and concerns of the Madheshi community.
