Kathmandu Kings XI announces its team for EPL 2021

KATHMANDU, Sept 25: Kathmandu Kings XI has declared its team along with the players' jersey number for Everest Premier League (EPL) 2021. This was announced during a press conference held at Hotel Soaltee, Kathmandu on Friday. Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Bidya Sundar Shakya chaired the conference as the Chief Guest.

KATHMANDU, Sept 25: Kathmandu Kings XI has declared its team along with the players' jersey number for Everest Premier League (EPL) 2021. This was announced during a press conference held at Hotel Soaltee, Kathmandu on Friday. Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Bidya Sundar Shakya chaired the conference as the Chief Guest.



The conference showcased the team for Everest Premier League 2021 with the brief introduction of the captain of the team Sandeep Lamichhane along with former Pakistani cricket captain and all-rounder, striking batsman, Shahid Afridi.

According to the statement, Kathmandu Kings XI will be competing with Lalitpur Patriots on 25th September, Biratnagar Warriors on 27th September, Pokhara Rhinos on 28th September, Chitwan Tigers on 30th September and Bhairahawa Gladiators on 2nd October.


A press statement issued on Friday said the team is supported by Shivam Cement, NOKIA, Gold Shiva Shakti Group’s Family Oil and Urja Rice, Siddhartha Bank and Litmus cables.
