Kathmandu Valley COVID-19 caseload surges to 12,248 with 512 new cases in past 24 hours

KATHMANDU, Sept 14: Kathmandu Valley’s COVID-19 caseload has increased by 512 in the past 24 hours taking the Valley’s COVID-19 case tally to 12,248.

KATHMANDU, Sept 14: Kathmandu Valley’s COVID-19 caseload has increased by 512 in the past 24 hours taking the Valley’s COVID-19 case tally to 11,685.



According to Dr Jageshwar Gautam, spokesperson for the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), 440 new cases of COVID-19 in Kathmandu, 43 in Bhaktapur and 29 in Lalitpur were reported on Monday.

Of the total people diagnosed with COVID-19 in the Valley, 180 are females and 332 are males.
