Kings College sings MoU with Yunus Centre

KATHMANDU, Nov 25: Kings College, affiliated with Westcliff University in the US, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Yunus Centre Dhaka of Bangladesh to establish the Yunus Social Business Centre (YSBC) at its premises in Kathmandu.

KATHMANDU, Nov 25: Kings College, affiliated with Westcliff University in the US, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Yunus Centre Dhaka of Bangladesh to establish the Yunus Social Business Centre (YSBC) at its premises in Kathmandu.

Issuing a statement on Thursday, Kings College said the MoU was signed by Kings College Executive Director Narottam Aryal and Yunus Centre Chairman Mohammad Yunus amid a function organized at the Yunus Centre in Dhaka on Wednesday.


According to the college, the agreement envisages developing and expanding a framework of cooperation between the two colleges for the formation of YSBC to alleviate poverty by implementing the concept of social business via mutual understanding and cooperation.
