The notice refers to the confiscation of land in the Lalita Niwas area, KMC Ward -4, Baluwatar.

The notice states, "Within seven days from the date of publication of this notice, individuals, companies, and organizations residing in the Lalita Niwas area are requested to cooperate with the KMC in the protection and proper management of the government property reclaimed from the area."

The KMC further said that the failure to comply with the notice within the stipulated time would result in eviction in accordance with the prevailing laws, ensuring the protection, maintenance, and proper management of government land and property.
