KATHMANDU, June 15: The BP highway has been obstructed since early morning today after landslide, and flood along the Mangaltar-Nepalthok road section, according to Traffic Check Post’s assistant sub-inspector, Umesh Thapaliya.

According to Thapaliya, mud has accumulated at Kaldhunga and Chiuriwas while the Mamti River has been flooded. The road obstruction has affected vehicles coming to and from Kathmandu to the east. Attempts to open the road from a side is ongoing
