KATHMANDU, Nov 9: Lawyers continued with their protests on the premises of Nepal Bar Association (NBA), demanding the resignation of Chief Justice Cholendra SJB Rana on Tuesday.
A meeting of NBA held on Monday decided to hold a sit-in from November 9 to 16 wearing black bands and continue the agitation until the chief justice resigns.

The meeting also decided to request the district courts, high courts and tribunals to hold hearings in the Valley courts from 12 noon onwards as legal practitioners will participate in the Supreme Court-centric agitation. The NBA has also decided to issue a white paper.
