KATHMANDU, Oct 8: A merger agreement has been signed between Laxmi Capital Market and Sunrise Capital. Chairman Sumed Bhattarai of Laxmi Capital Market and Apachh Kumar Yadav, chairman of Sunrise Capital, signed the agreement.

After the merger, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 480 million and is believed to help in expanding the business more strongly.
