Local levels go digital, citizen informed about local activities via mobile apps

BAITADI, March 3: Five local levels in the district have launched mobile apps to ease the day to day activities and build informed citizenry.

BAITADI, March 3: Five local levels in the district have launched mobile apps to ease the day to day activities and build informed citizenry. 



Dogadakedar, Pancheshwor, Shivanath and Dilasaini rural municipalities and Patan municipality have brought the mobile apps in use to share information about the local levels to the people.

IT Officer at Dogadakedar rural municipality, Janak Bahadur Bista, informed that one can view the activities of the local level by downloading the mobile app. They also furnish response and suggestions to the municipality and rural municipalities via apps. The apps are run after the name of rural municipalities and municipality, he added. 


According to Chairman of Dogadakedar rural municipality, Chakra Karki, the mobile apps were developed and brought to use in line with the programme of the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration. It helps people a lot to get information about local government activities and services. RSS
