DHADING, April 14: A man from Dhading tested positive for coronavirus during the Rapid Diagnostic Test (RTD), on Tuesday.

DHADING, April 14: A man from Dhading tested positive for coronavirus during the Rapid Diagnostic Test (RTD), on Tuesday.



The 29-year-old man who returned from South Korea on March 3 tested positive on Tuesday while staying in quarantine, according to District Health Office chief Bhuwan Poudel.

He will be kept in isolation at Dhading district hospital, Poudel said. He is a local resident of Jawalamukhi rural municipality. The sample of his throat swab and blood will be sent to National Public Health Laboratory for the PCR test.


Authorities conducted the RDT for 25 persons in the rural municipality on Tuesday.
