GULMI, July 26: A man who went missing after being swept away by the Nisti River in Gulmi has been found dead. Bom Bahadur Karki, 31, of Musikot Municipality-2, Gulmi, was found dead.
He went missing on July 20 while crossing the Nisti River. Shankar Pokharel, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) of the District Police Office said that the deceased was found on the river bank of Chaldi River, Dhoban, Musikot Municipality-4, during a search operation conducted by Nepal Police, Armed Police Force (APF) and locals.

He was a resident of Arewa, Musikot Municipality-1, and was residing in his maternal uncle's home in ward-2, Nisti. Karki, who holds a 'B' category disability ID card, was swept away by the river while returning from a field in Isma Rural Municipality-1.
