KATHMANDU, April 7: The person, who tried to kill himself by setting fire to himself, was immediately rescued by the police.
Chief of Kathmandu Police Range SSP Dan Bahadur Karki said that a young man, who attempted self-immolation, has been rescued. The identity of the man has not been disclosed.

SSP Karki, however, said that he tried to commit self-immolation reportedly due to family tension.
