Man who was on the run in red panda smuggling case arrested

NEPALGUNJ, Oct 31: Nar Bahadur Oli, 42, of Baijnath Rural Municipality-6, Banke, who was on the run, was arrested by the police on Sunday morning. He was sentenced by the court in a red panda smuggling case.

NEPALGUNJ, Oct 31: Nar Bahadur Oli, 42, of Baijnath Rural Municipality-6, Banke, who was on the run, was arrested by the police on Sunday morning. He was sentenced by the court in a red panda smuggling case.



A team from the District Police Office, Banke arrested him on the basis of special information. Oli was sentenced to five months and 14 days imprisonment by the Banke District Court on 18 September, 2020.

According to Banke Police Spokesperson , DSP Madhusudan Neupane, the arrested Oli was produced before the Banke District Court on Sunday.
