BHADRAPUR, June 29: CPN-UML mayoral candidate Jiban Kumar Shrestha is taking the lead in the race for the mayor of Bhadrapur Municipality with 136 votes, compared to 79 votes garnered by CPN-Maoist Center mayoral candidate Shiva Raj Bhandari.
