Maoist Center wins in Sahidnagar, NC in  Dhanushadham

JANAKPUR, Sept 22: Maoist Center has clinched both the mayor and deputy mayor in Sahidnagar Municipality in Dhanusha district. Udaya Yadav has been elected as mayor with 50,91votes while his closest rival of Nepali Congress Debendra Bharkher Yadav got 4,239 votes.

JANAKPUR, Sept 22: Maoist Center has clinched both the mayor and deputy mayor in Sahidnagar Municipality in Dhanusha district. Udaya Yadav has been elected as mayor with 5,091votes while his closest rival of Nepali Congress Debendra Bharkher Yadav got 4,239 votes.



Similarly, Maoist Center’s Shila Devi Kapar got 4,218 votes to become deputy mayor while her closest rival of Sunita Singh of Nepali Congress received 3,897 votes.

Likewise, Baleshwar Mandal and Bidya Devi Bhujel of Nepali Congress have won the elections in Dhanushadham Municipality. Mandal got 4,773 votes while Bhujhel 4,207 votes to emerge victorious.


Their rivals of CPN-UML Yog Kumar Yadav and Ambika Kumari Bishwakarma got 3, 557 and 3, 703 votes respectively.
