KATHMANDU, September 13: Mayor of Dharan Sub-metropolitan City Harka Sampang has succeeded in bringing water to locals in Dharan sub-metropolis as promised during the local level election.
Mayor Sampang exchanged happiness with the locals after the water was delivered through drinking water pipes to the households in Dharan. Sampang thanked everyone who helped him by sharing the video of drinking water reaching the households of locals on social media.

In the video, the residents of Dharan along with Mayor Sampang are seen soaking in the water fountain. Sampang had promised to solve the acute drinking water problem in Dharan during the local level elections.
