KATHMANDU, May 8: Mega Bank Ltd is preparing to open 11 new branch office by mid-May. Issuing a statement on Monday, the bank said that it received permission from the Nepal Rastra Bank to open branch offices in Kumayak Rural Municipality of Panchthar on Sunday and Indrawati Rural Municipality of Sindhupalchowk on Monday.
Similarly, the bank is preparing to open branch offices at Geruwa Rural Municipality of Bardiya, Rong of Ilam, Laxminiya of Dhanusha, Bishnupur of Siraha and Bhimsen Rural Municipality of Gorkha.

Other places where Mega Bank's branch offices are being set up are Bhanu Municipality of Tanahun and Bhirkot Municipality of Syangja.
