DHANGADHI, Dec 8: A girl who had been missing for two months was found dead in Baitadi.
Baitadi’s DSP Deepak Giri said that 20-year-old Kalpana Mahara of Surnaya Rural Municipality-8 was found dead in the local Kailpal Community Forest.

DSP Giri confirmed that Mahara’s body, who had been missing since October 12, was discovered in the community forest.
The police confirmed Mahara’s identity based on her clothes, as indicated by her family.
Mahara went missing in October when she left her house for cattle grazing. According to the police, the deceased’s body was handed over to her relatives after an autopsy. Further investigation into the incident is ongoing.
