While participating in the discussion on various topics under the Appropriation Bill 2079 in the House of Representatives meeting on Sunday, MP Adhikari expressed dissatisfaction over the fact about the lost vaccines and said that he had drawn Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba’s attention to the issue.

Similarly, stating that he had made arrangements to provide 139 different medicines including those for HIV/AIDS and cancer, free of cost when he was the health minister, Adhikari warned the government not to spread any further illusion about it.

Likewise, he also expressed dissatisfaction over the fact that the government has reduced the budget for the health sector in fiscal year 2022/23 by more than 22 percent compared to last year.
