KATHMANDU, Jan 13: Chairman of the rival faction of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that they will be provided the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) as the name and Sun as the election symbol of the party by the Election Commission (EC).
Addressing the Kathmandu district assembly of the NCP faction led by Dahal and Madhav Kumar Nepal in the capital on Wednesday, Dahal expressed confidence that the Supreme Court and Election Commission would give their verdict in favor of their faction.

Referring to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli’s statement of lack of cooperation from his own party, Dahal challenged Oli to present the pieces of evidence that the government was not facilitated by the party.
While coming down heavily against Prime Minister Oli, Dahal also dubbed Oli a political joker and shameless person. “Oli is very good at creating illusion among the people,” he said.
