NC General Convention: Kandel, KC and Khadka elected in Lumbini Province

KATHMANDU, Dec 22: The election result for the post of Central Member of Nepali Congress (Lumbini Province) has been made public. Devendra Raj Kandel and Chandra Bahadur KC won in the central member category by securing 2,727 and 2,267 votes, respectively.

KATHMANDU, Dec 22: The election result for the post of Central Member of Nepali Congress (Lumbini Province) has been made public. Devendra Raj Kandel and Chandra Bahadur KC won in the central member category by securing 2,727 and 2,267 votes, respectively.



Similarly, Shila Sharma Khadka won the Central Member (Lumbini Province) constituency under women category by getting 2,673 votes. Other contestants including Rita Sen Oli got 1,463 votes and Bhagwati Kafle (Bhandari) got 414 votes, according to the NC Central Election Committee.

Meanwhile, Mahendra Kumar Sharma got 1,773 votes, Lekhnath Pokhrel got 1,527 votes, Pradipraj Sharma got 423 votes and Bam Bahadur DC got 252 votes, said NC Central Election Committee Coordinator Gopal Krishna Ghimire.
