KATHMANDU, Feb 4: Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has commended the role of the Magar community and the members of his party for their role in establishment of democracy in the country.
Addressing the Training of Trainers programme organized by Nepal National Magar Association at the NC Central Office today, the former Prime Minister pledged to encourage and increase the number of Magars in his party.

Similarly, Nepal Tarun Dal President Jit Jung Basnet voiced his concern over the economic downturn the country was heading towards.
