KATHMANDU, April 28: Nepal defeated Malaysia by 59 runs to win the ACC U-16 Eastern Region-2019 at Prem Tinsulanonda International School, Chiang Mai, Thailand on Sunday.

Batting first, Nepal had set a target of 141 runs at the loss of nine wickets. Malaysia, then, was able to get only 81 runs by losing all the wickets in 34.5 overs.
Bishal Kumar Patel and Deepak Bohora took four and three wickets respectively.
