Nepali Congress CWC meeting continues today as well

KATHMANDU, Feb 16: The Nepali Congress (NC) Central Working Committee (CWC) meeting, which commenced on Thursday, is set to continue today as well.

KATHMANDU, Feb 16: The Nepali Congress (NC) Central Working Committee (CWC) meeting, which commenced on Thursday, is set to continue today as well.



According to NC Spokesperson Min Bishwokarma, the discussions are centered on three proposals presented on the initial day which will be further deliberated upon during Friday’s session.

Additionally, the NC has planned to present a comprehensive 56-page policy proposal in the upcoming Mahasamiti meeting to be held from February 19 in Godavari of Lalitpur.


This proposal, drafted by Vice President Purna Bahadur Khadka, addresses a spectrum of issues encompassing economics, social concerns, religion, culture, and politics.


NC General Secretary Gagan Thapa and Bishwo Prakash Sharma are also slated to contribute to the discussion with their respective proposals.


General Secretary Thapa is slated to present a detailed report on the organization, while Sharma will focus on the prevailing political landscape.
