Nepali diaspora in UK extend support for Sankranti fire victims

TERATHUN, Jan 21: The victims of the massive fire which struck Sankranti Bazaar on December 16 received support from the Chelibeti Sajmaj UK.

TERATHUN, Jan 21: The victims of the massive fire which struck Sankranti Bazaar on December 16 received support from the Chelibeti Sajmaj UK. 



The Society on Friday assisted with Rs 274,567 for the Sankranti Bazaar Reconstruction and Reestablishment Fund. 



The donated amount was collected among the Nepali diaspora in the UK. The massive fire had destroyed 29 houses and three shelters displacing 73 families and inflicting a damage estimated at Rs 140 million. RSS
