KAWASOTI, Oct 6: Nine people were injured when a passenger bus they were travelling in met with an accident at Arunkhola on the East-West highway in Nawalparasi district this morning.
The bus with registration number plate Me 1 Kha 2201 was going towards Nepalgunj from Kakdbhitta when it overturned on the highway at 5 am, police said.

The nine passengers who sustained injuries in the incident are being treated at Chitwan Medical College. Sixteen other passengers did not suffer any injuries and are safe and sound, the Dumkibas Area Police Office stated.
