Addressing a press conference at his official residence in Baluwatar on Sunday, PM Oli said that President Biday Devi Bhandari can use her discretionary right while implementing Article 76 (5) of the Constitution of Nepal.

Oli’s remarks have come at a time when the five-party opposition alliance is preparing to file a writ petition at the Supreme Court (SC) demanding the restoration of the House, which was dissolved by President Bhandari on May 22  as per Article 76 (7), at the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.
