KATHMANDU, Sept 19: The process of submission of the closed list of candidates for the proportional representation (PR) system for the November 20 federal and provincial elections will be concluded today.
The closed list is to be submitted to the office of the Chief Returning Officer established at Bahadur Bhavan, Kantipath of the Election Commission. The EC has fixed the time for submission of the said list for September 18 and 19.

Spokesperson at the EC Shaligram Sharma Paudel said that eight venues and 10 rooms have been set up to submit the PR lists for the election to the House of Representatives and the Provincial Assembly.
The EC has appointed Secretary Gokarnamani Duwadi as the Chief Returning Officer for the purpose.
