KATHMANDU, April 23: Nepal Republic Media (NRM) is set to honor two exemplary personalities for their selfless and inspiring contribution to society, as Nagarik Nayak (Citizen Hero) of the Year 2081 BS.
The program is starting from 5 PM at Patan Durbar Square, Lalitpur. Nepal Republic Media has been identifying citizen heroes by prioritizing the tireless hard work, efforts and success of organizations and individuals for social change. With the aim of motivating individuals, organizations and communities by honoring such individuals and organizations, NRM has been declaring them as Nagarik Nayak.
NRM to announce three Nagarik Nayak today
Earlier Dr Govind KC, Mahabir Pun, Khairun Nisa, Yandira Sapkota, Dr Sanduk Ruit, Rameshwar Prasad Khanal, Ram Prasad Shrestha, Phulkumari Yonjan Shrestha, Pasang Sherpa, Dhurmus Suntali, Satya Mohan Joshi, Poorna Gautam, Pawan Singhaniya, Srijung Shah, Dinesh Tamang, Binod Shahi, Muskan Khatun, Teku Hospital, Rabindralal Chaudhary, Satyanarayan Mahato (Alok), Bishnu Gautam, Chitup Dorji Lama, Sunil Prajapati, Monty Desai and Lakshmi Ghalan have become Nagarik Nayak.
