Sarki, who was sleeping in the shed, was successful in saving his life.

As the water level in the rivers is increasing every day, locals living nearby the banks of various rivers have been terrorized. Continuous rainfall for the past four days has increased the level of water in Sunkoshi, Kamala, and Marin, among other rivers and rivulets. Flash-floods followed by landslides have not only entered settlements but have also obstructed vehicular movement along various highways leaving the passengers stranded. Friday's floods and landslides killed nearly three dozen people across the country.
