DAMAK, Nov 12: One person was killed in a motorcycle accident at Labhadanda Road in Kamal Rural Municipality-5 of Jhapa along the East-West Highway on Thursday. The deceased has been identified as Dilliram Shahi, 24, of Kamal-5.

According to the Area Police Office, Shahi, who was injured in the accident on Thursday afternoon, died this morning while undergoing treatment. Shahi had suffered a head injury in the accident.
Rupam Tamang, 25, who hails from Itahari-20, was injured in the accident. He is currently undergoing treatment, according to police.
