KATHMANDU, Dec 19: The Federal Parliament Secretariat has intensified its preparations to administer the oath of office and secrecy to the newly-elected members of the House of Representatives (HoR).

Once the President administers oath of office and secrecy to the senior-most member among the newly-elected members, other members would be sworn in later.

In order to identify the senior-most member, the Parliament Secretariat has already sent a letter to the Election Commission (EC) requesting to provide details of age in this regard.
