ITAHARI, Nov 29: The political parties that participated in the November 20 elections have agreed to resume the counting of votes of the House of Representatives election after three days in Sunsari-4.

The counting of votes was stopped due to a controversy on Saturday afternoon after the Congress accused that 606 more votes were added to the votes of UML candidate Jagdish Prasad Kusiyat in the election results. On Monday evening, the Election Commission sent a letter to resume the stalled vote counting, and it was agreed that the all-party meeting would be held on Tuesday morning and the counting would resume. Now, after watching the CCTV footage of the suspected place, the counting is about to resume.
