KATHMANDU, Jan 2: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has taken information about the functioning of various ministries.
On Monday, Secretaries of various ministries and heads of departments were invited to the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers to get details of the works their ministries are carrying out.

Chief Secretary Shanker Das Bairagi said that Prime Minister Dahal in his capacity as the head of the government has started getting information about the activities of various ministries and other government bodies. During the meeting, Secretaries briefed Prime Minister Dahal about the progress details of their respective ministries and the problems they are facing.
Bairagi said, "The instructions of the Prime Minister will come tomorrow [Tuesday]. We are still in discussion. Brief presentations have been made by various ministries. Tomorrow, after taking the details from the remaining ministries and government bodies, Prime Minister Dahal will issue instructions.”
