PM Deuba on his way to flood-affected areas of ​​Bardiya’s Rajapur

KATHMANDU, Oct 22: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is going to Bardiya on Friday to inspect the flood- and landslide-affected areas. A team including Prime Minister Deuba arrived in the Far West by helicopter to inspect the flood and landslide affected areas on Thursday.

KATHMANDU, Oct 22: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is going to Bardiya on Friday to inspect the flood- and landslide-affected areas. A team including Prime Minister Deuba arrived in the Far West by helicopter to inspect the flood and landslide affected areas on Thursday.

Deuba, who had inspected various districts in the far west, arrived in Dhangadhi on Thursday evening. He went to Bardiya after inspecting some places in Kailali on Friday morning. According to Chief District Officer of Bardiya, Sant Bahadur Sunar, a team including Prime Minister Deuba is scheduled to arrive in Bardiya at 11.30 AM on Friday. CDO Sunar said, "They will stay in Rajapur.”


As the arrival of the Prime Minister is scheduled, a gathering of district security chiefs, Nepali Congress leaders and activists, local people's representatives, media personnel and others has started in Rajapur of Bardiya. The Prime Minister's team includes Finance Minister Janardan Sharma, Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Prem Bahadur Ale, former ministers NP Saud, Ramesh Lekhak and Bir Bahadur Balayer.
