KATHMANDU, Aug 13: Residents throughout the Kathmandu Valley have been suffering from fluctuated power supply.

According to Shyam Basnet of Nepal Electricity Authority, the fluctuation has been caused after a problem in a generator at Kulekhani Power Plant. "The fluctuations has been ongoing since 12:40 PM today."
He added that they were unsure how long it would take to resolve the problem and resume continued power supply.
